  2. What a wonderful post. I have not been able to try Himachali Dham but I was lucky to try many of the cuisines that you have mentioned here. Another one on my list is the wild berry soup, sounds so exotic.

Other than Momos almost all names are new for me although I have pahari friends from Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and for specifically from Kashmir. Now I have to talk to each one of them to decide which cuisine treat they wish to give me. Thanks for enriching my knowledgebase.
